This petition is filed for a direction to direct the learned Principal Sessions Judge cum PCR Judge,Ramanathapuram to consider the bail application of the petitioner on the very same day of his surrender and to release the petitioner on the same day itself, in connection with the FIR in Crime No. 57 of 2011 on the file of the second respondent police and pending charge sheet in PRC No. 4 of 2011 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Ramanathapuram
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that earlier this Court by an order dated 26.05.2011 had directed the petitioner to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
Crl.O.P.(MD) No.19417 of 2019 surrender on or before 21.06.2011 and file a bail application and further directed the learned Principal Sessions Judge (PCR Court) Ramanthapuram to consider the bail application filed by the petitioner on merits on the same day. Since the petitioner has not surrendered before the concerned Court Non Bailable Warrant has been issued against the petitioner.
3. In view of the above, the Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
