ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to direct the respondents to permit the petitioner to continue to work as Clerk in the third respondent Society by considering the petitioner's date of birth as 14.11.1967 on the basis of representation given by the petitioner, dated 07.06.2025.

2. The petitioner has made a representation on 07.06.2025 seeking for alteration of her date of birth which is pending with the first respondent. In such view of the matter, there shall be a direction to the first respondent to dispose of the representation of the petitioner, dated 07.06.2025 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within 2/4

a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. The writ petition stands disposed of with the above direction. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition stands closed.
