Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to defer the enquiry process initiated in Na.Ka.No.1142/A-4-2020 till the disposal of the suit in O.S.No.69 of 2018 on the file of the Learned District and Sessions Judge, Srivilliputhur, Virudhunagar District on the basis of the explanation submitted by the petitioner dated 29.11.2022 within a stipulated time that may fixed by this Honourable Court and pass such further or other orders as this Honourable Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case and thus render justice.
