ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by D. KRISHNAKUMAR, J.) Alleging non compliance of the order passed by this Court in W.P(MD)No.3270 of 2017, dated 24.02.2017, this Contempt Petition has been filed.

2.Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the respondents submitted that the respondents have taken earnest efforts to comply with the order passed by this Court by constructing the shutter and sluice in the Tank preferably within a period of three months and to that effect, the second respondent also filed a status report. He has also produced the proceedings of the second respondent in Na.Ka.No.17/2017, dated 19.01.2023 before this Court.

3.Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

4.Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Advocate General and the status report filed by the second respondent, this Contempt Petition is closed.
