[Order of the Court was made by R.MAHADEVAN, J.] This contempt petition has been filed alleging wilful disobedience of the order, dated 06.06.2017, made in W.P.(MD) No.10677 of 2016.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Senior Panel Counsel appearing for the respondents 2 & 3, on instructions, submitted that challenging the order dated 06.06.2017, passed in W.P.(MD) No.10677 of 2016, the respondents filed Civil Appeal No.2973 of 2022 before the Hon'ble Supreme Court and the same has been allowed vide order dated

18.04.2022. To that effect, he has also produced a copy of the order dated 18.04.2022, passed in Civil Appeal No.2973 of 2022, before this Court.

3. Recording the above submission of the learned Senior Panel Counsel, this contempt petition is closed.
