This criminal original petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent not to harass the petitioners in the guise of the enquiry. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents submitted that based on the complaint given by the 3rd respondent, a case in Cr.No.228 of 2024 has been registered against the petitioners and only for enquiry purpose they called the petitioners. Apart from that, they have not harassed the petitioners.
