ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/A5, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 16.10.2024 for the offences under Sections 6, 7 and 24(1) of COTPA Act, 2003 and 1/3

Section 77 of Juvenile Justice Act in Crime No.400 of 2024 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2.This Court already considered the bail petitions filed by A1 and A4 in Crl.O.P(MD)Nos.19665 and 19711 of 2024.

3.The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that there is no recovery from the petitioner.

4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submitted that there is recovery from the petitioner and one previous case is pending against the petitioner.

5.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and since the investigation is at is nascent stage, this Court is not inclined to entertain this petition.
