ORDER

The present contempt petition has been filed alleging violation of the orders of this Court in W.P(MD)No.22958 of 2023 dated 26.09.2023 .

2. This Court in W.P(MD)No.22958 of 2023 passed an order directing the contemnor herein to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 16.05.2023 and pass final orders to pay additional charge salary for 10 months as Headmaster additional charge.

3. Writ Appeal was preferred by the respondents in W.A(MD)No.943 of 2025. The Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court by judgment, dated 09.04.2025 had removed the positive direction given by this Court in W.P(MD)No.22958 of 2023 and had directed the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner. Pursuant to the same, the respondents have duly considered the representation of the petitioner and rejected the same vide proceedings, dated 18.06.2025.

4. Giving liberty to challenge the proceedings, dated 18.06.2025, this Contempt Petition stands closed.
