ORDER
The Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents No.1 and 2 not to harass the petitioners and their family members under the guise of an enquiry.
2. The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners sent a representation on 12.11.2024 to the Commissioner of Police, Madurai, that under the guise of an enquiry and the complaint, they have been unnecessarily called and harassed by the second respondent at odd hours.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that based on the complaint of the third respondent, the petitioners No.1 and 3 were called for an enquiry in CSR No.1268 of 2024. Since it is a matrimonial dispute, the petitioners and the third respondent were allowed to interact with each other and thereafter, the third respondent agreed to address and resolve the issues that had arise in their matrimonial life and it was decided that they both will joint together and live their life together. Recording the same, the complaint has been 2/4
closed that the petitioners are not required for any enquiry.

Considering the fact that it is a matrimonial discord and the third respondent lodged a complaint against her husband and her motherin-law, now the issue has been resolved, and the third petitioner and the third respondent are agreed to live together. Further, the respondent police stated that when the matter has been resolved, the apprehension of harassment by the respondent police no longer exists.
5. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. 18.11.2024 NCC : Yes / No Index : Yes / No jbr 3/4
