ORDER : The Court Made the following order : The Petitioners, who are arrayed as accused Nos.1 & 2, apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 406 and 420 of IPC, in Crime Nos.24, 26, 27 & 28 of 2013, on the file of the respondent police and hence, seek anticipatory bail.

2. The learned counsels appearing for the intervenor submitted that the petitioners cheated 1904 victims and amount involved in
this case is more than 4 crores and 42 lakhs. They further submitted that the matter was referred to Mediation and Conciliation Centre and the Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre has submitted a report, dated 06.11.2015, which reads hereunder:- "Both parties along with their counsels were present before Mediation Centre several Mediation Sessions were conducted on 15.10.2015, petitioner No.1 has given gold ornaments to 7 persons and they were received their gold articles and made endorsement before the Mediator in the Mediation Centre. Further, there is no progress in this matter. At request of the petitioner, the case is referred back to the Hon'ble High Court for further orders."
3. The case was posted on 19.11.2015, on that day, there was no representation for the petitioners and the case was adjourned today (26.11.2015) under the caption "for dismissal". Today also there is no representation for the petitioner. Hence, theses petitions are dismissed for non-prosecution. In view of the dismissal of the Criminal Original Petitions, all the miscellaneous petitions are closed.
