Learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submits that on 29.11.2013, notice has been issued to the non-applicants and the proceedings initiated by the petitioner under Section 14 of the Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 would be decided by the end of December, 2023.

3. In view of the said statement, the contempt petition stands disposed of.
