PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 528 of BNSS directing the first respondent to transfer the investigation pending on the file of the respondents 3 and 4 to the second respondent for further investigation of the matter properly.

ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the first respondent to transfer the investigation pending on the file of the respondents 3 and 4 to the second respondent for further investigation of the matter properly.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on the complaint given by the petitioner CSR No. 694 of 2024 was assigned and the same was closed on 19.07.2024. Further on the complaint given by one Balakrishnan CSR No.701 of 2024 assigned and the same was closed on 22.07.2024.

3. In view of the fact that the enquiry has been conducted and closed no further order is required to be passed and the Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
