This writ petition has been filed seeking the issuance of a writ of mandamus, directing the respondents to survey the land property comprised in Survey No.314/1B and Patta No.36 of Valavandhi West Revenue Village, Musiri Taluk, Tiruchirappalli District, based on the petitioner's application dated 04.10.2019.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the survey had already been completed and that nothing survives for further adjudication in this writ petition.

3. Recording the aforesaid submission, this writ petition stands dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
