O R D E R This Criminal Original Petition is filed to call for the records in FIR in Crime No.965 of 2021, dated 24.08.2021 on the file of the Respondent Police and quash the same.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that after completing the investigation, Final Report was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Madurai, on 13.11.2023.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that after taking cognizance, the concerned trial Court may be directed to complete the trial process within the time stipulated by this Court.

4. Considering the nature of offence, let the above said trial process be completed within a period of five months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. If the petitioner is aggrieved over the contents of the above said Final Report, he can workout his remedy through appropriate proceedings.

5. With the above said direction and liberty, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
