PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 528 of BNSS to transfer the investigation in Crime No. 174 of 2024 dt. 15.05.2024 on the file of the third respondent police to another investigation officer to bring the truth in the matter.

ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to transfer the investigation in Crime No. 174 of 2024 dt. 15.05.2024 on the file of the third respondent police to another investigation officer to bring the truth in the matter.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that it is case of money dispute for which First Information Report has been registered in Crime No. 174 of 2024 for the offences under Sections 294(b),406,420,506(i) and 379 of IPC and they have so far examined six witnesses and the complainant was directed to produce some documents for further investigation.

3. In view of the same the defacto complainant is directed to produce the documents for investigation and on receipt of such documents the respondent police is directed to complete the investigation without further delay.

4. With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
