The writ petitioner filed this Writ Petition seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the Respondent No.2 to remove the petitioners name from the History sheet maintained by him by considering the Petitioners representation dated 10.10.2023. 2.The petitioner has sent a representation to the respondents to remove his name from the History Sheet on 10.10.2023. Since the same was not considered till date, he has filed this writ petition seeking a direction to consider the same by the respondents. The learned cousenl for the petitioner further would submit that in the year 2018, due to the registration of 1st case against the petitioner the 2nd respondent mechanically opened the History Sheet in respect of him. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the representation made by the petitioner will be taken for consideration in the meeting scheduled to be held in the month of December. 4.In view of the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side), this writ petition stands disposed of on the above 2/4

terms. No costs.
