ORDER
Heard the learned counsel on either side.
2. The only request of the petitioner is that his representation dated 10.11.2022 should be disposed of by the second respondent. It is well settled that in such matters, clearance of the second respondent is required.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the private respondents clearly stated that they have no objection for conceding the petitioner's request. They are willing to pay compensation as may be determined by the authority concerned.
4. The second respondent is directed to dispose of the petition mentioned representation on merits and in accordance with law within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
