Mr.S.Ravi, Additional Public Prosecutor PETITION FOR BAIL Under Sec.483 of BNSS PRAYER :- To enlarge the Petitioner/Accused on bail in pursuant to NBW dated 10.10.2022 issued by the Learned Judicial Magistrate Court No.II, Trichy in C.C.No.1378 of 2021. ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/A1, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 14.09.2024 for the offences under Sections 387 and 506(ii) of IPC in Crime No.852 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail. 2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing on either side. 1/3

3.In the instant case, the petitioner, was granted anticipatory bail. Thereafter, the investigation was completed and police report was filed. The same was taken on file in C.C.No.1378 of 2021 by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Trichy. The petitioner did not appear for hearing and non bailable warrant was issued against him on 22.11.2023. The petitioner was able to be secured only on 14.09.2024 and he was produced before the Court below and he was remanded to judicial custody. There are totally six previous cases pending against the petitioner. 4.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and also of the fact that the petitioner has jumped bail and he was able to be secured only after two years, this Court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail at this stage. 5.Accordingly, this criminal original petition stands dismissed. sd/- 19/11/2024 / TRUE COPY / /12/2024 Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.
