PETITION FOR RELAXATION Under Sec.439(1)b of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- To relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD). No. 13897 of 2025 dated 21.08.2025.

ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in CRL.OP.(MD)No.13897 of 2025 dated 21.08.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions for nearly 16 days.

4. Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner is complying with the condition for 16 days, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed against the petitioner in CRL.OP(MD)No.13897 of 2025 on 21.08.2025. Accordingly, the condition imposed against the 2/4

petitioner in CRL.OP.(MD)No.13897 of 2025 on 21.08.2025 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall stay at Trichy and and shall appear and sign before the Cantonment Police Station, Trichy, daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.'
