This Contempt Petition has been filed complaining of wilful disobedience of the order, dated 03.07.2024, in W.P(MD)No.3325 of 2021 by the respondent.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent submitted that the Writ Appeal in W.A. (MD)No.272 of 2025 has been preferred as against the order passed in W.P. (MD)No.3325 of 2021 and the same came to be dismissed, by an order dated 08.04.2025.
