For Petitioners : Mr.R.Anand in all cases COMMON ORDER These Criminal Original Petitions are filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., to call for the entire records pertaining to the cases in S.T.C.Nos.1808, 1809, 1810 and 1811 of 2012 and S.T.C.No.61 of 2013 respectively, on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate (Fast Track Court No.I), Madurai, Madurai District and quash the same.
2. Today when these applications are taken up for hearing, the report submitted by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Fast Track Court (at Magisterial Level), Madurai, dated 06.02.2018 in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
D.No.137 of 2017 was placed before this Court. As per the report submitted by the learned Judicial Magistrate, it would appear that, on 22.11.2013 itself the dispute between the petitioners and the respondent was settled in Lok Adalat and thereafter award was also passed. Insofar as S.T.C.No.61 of 2013 is concerned, the case was dismissed on 26.06.2014, for non-payment of process fee. Therefore, the prayer sought for by the petitioners has become infructuous. Hence, these Criminal Original Petitions are closed. Consequently connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
