The petitioners are arrayed as accused Nos.1 & 5, in Crime No.17 of 2013 on the file of the first respondent police. This petition has been filed under the provisions of Section 482 of Cr.P.C., to quash the above said FIR as against these petitioners.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) on instructions, would submit that after completing the investigation in this case, charge sheet has been forwarded to the Director of Prosecution for getting approval.
