The prayer made in this Writ Petition is to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to remove the encroachments at S.F.No.317/1 which is classified as a Natham Poramboke, made by the fifth respondent under the name and style as "Arul Jyothi Asharam" by considering the petitioner's representation, dated 10.04.2017. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3, on instructions, submitted that the encroachment made by the fifth respondent had already been removed by the third respondent by proceedings in Na.Ka.No.8350/2016/Aa6, dated 12.09.2022.
