PRAYER :- For Bail in Crime No.132 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police ORDER : The Court made the following order :- When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that this is the fourth bail application and the earlier three applications filed by the petitioner in Crl.O.P(MD) Nos.2926,7174 and 14648 of 2022 were dismissed by this Court on 11.03.2022, 29.04.2022, 16.09.2022 respectively. Suppressing the same,the petitioner has filed this present petition.

2. In view of the same, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed with costs. The Petitioner is directed to pay a sum of Rs.5000/- (Rupees Five Thousand only) as costs to the Hon'ble Chief Justice Relief Fund, on or before 03.01.2023. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
