The petitioners herein are arrayed as accused Nos.1 and 2 in C.C.No.8 of 2013, on the file of the learned District Munsif-cumJudicial Magistrate, Papanasam. The petitioners herein filed this application under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., to quash the same as illegal.

2. Today, when the case is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the first respondent represented that on 20.04.2013 itself, the case pertaining to this petition was disposed of, in which the petitioners are acquitted under Section 248(1) of Cr.P.C. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. The submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) is recorded. Hence, the prayer sought for in this petition becomes infructuous. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
