For Appellant : Mr.S.Palani Velayutham For R1 to R5 : Mr.S.S.Madhavan, Additional Government Pleader For R6 : Mr.B.Saravanan, Senior Counsel COMMON JUDGMENT [Judgment of the Court was delivered by J.NISHA BANU, J.] These Writ Appeals are directed against the orders of this Court dated 05.08.2022 made in W.P.(MD)Nos.7129 to 7150 of 2022. 2.The appellant is the third party. The 6th respondent in all the appeals have filed the said Writ Petitions, seeking issuance of patta, wherein this Court, vide order dated 05.08.2022, directed the Tahsildar to issue patta to the writ

petitioners. Aggrieved by the same, the Government has filed an appeal in W.A.(MD)No.310 of 2023, which was dismissed by this Court vide order dated 27.03.2023. Challenging the same, the Government has filed Special Leave Petition before the Hon'ble Supreme Court, which was also dismissed. 3.Now, the appellant / 3rd party has filed these appeals challenging the patta granted in favour of the 6th respondent in all these appeals on the ground that the land in question belongs to him. The appellant by way of these Writ Appeals tries to establish his right of title over the subject property. The issue regarding title of the property cannot be devolved into in a writ proceedings. If at all the appellant wants to establish his title, it is for him to approach the competent civil Court with all necessary documents to prove his title.

Therefore, this Court is not inclined to entertain these Writ Appeals. Accordingly, these Writ Appeals are dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. [J.N.B., J.] & [S.S.Y., J.] 25.02.
