ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the learned Sessions Judge, Mahila Court, Trichy to expedite the trail and dispose 1/4

the case in S.C.No.84/2022 on its file within the time frame as fixed by this Court.

2. Learned Government Advocate (crl.side) submitted that even though the case was taken cognizance and posted for trial in S.C.No.84 of 2022, before the learned Sessions Judge, Mahila Court, Trichy, because of the non-appearance of the petitioner, warrant was issued against the petitioner and it was recalled on 11.09.2023. Within a month, this petition has been filed seeking speedy disposal of the case.

3. It is seen that the petitioner has not appeared before the trial Court and co-operated with the trial Court. Hence, he is not entitled for any positive direction from this Court.

4. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. 08.11.2023 NCC :
