Side) O R D E R This petition has been filed seeking direction to the 2nd respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry on the basis of the petitioner's representation, dated 28.10.2023. 2.According to the petitioner, the third respondent has some previous cases. Hence, she approached the petitioner to enlarge her on anticipatory bail or bail. Therefore, she sent money to the petitioner through G-pay. Thereafter, the third respondent demanded repayment of the said amount. Therefore, he made repayment. Subsequently, the third respondent made complaint before the jurisdictional police namely the second respondent stating that the petitioner being an Advocate cheated her and hence, he seeks recovery of the said amount.
On the guise of the said petition, the second respondent has made harassment to the petitioner and hence, he filed the present petition not to harass. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on instructions submitted that the petitioner has received Rs.
respondent and he did not make repayment. Hence, on complain from the third respondent, second respondent police made enquiry. It is further submitted that the petitioner cheated the third respondent on showing some false particulars regarding the case pending against her. He would further submit that now the enquiry has been completed and closed on 27.09.2023. Hence, there is no harassment on the side of the second respondent.
4.This Court considered the rival submissions, reports and the specific submissions with the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on instructions that the petition is closed on 27.09.2023 and there is no harassment.
5.Recording the above said submissions, this criminal original petition stands disposed of with a specific direction to the jurisdictional police not to harass the petitioner under the guise of any petition given by the third respondent.
