O R D E R

This petition is filed to call for the records in Cr.MP.No.7928 of 2012 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Palani and to quash the same.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and perused the materials available on record.

3. The petitioners are in-laws of the respondent. Since allegations have been made against the petitioners also, this Court is not inclined to quash the proceedings in Cr.M.P.No.7928 of 2012 in respect of the petitioners.

4. In fine, this petition is dismissed. However, the appearance of the petitioners before the trial Court is dispensed with and they are directed to appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Palani when their presence is required. Consequently, connected M.Ps are closed.
