ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents-2 to 4 not to interfere with the civil dispute under the guise of enquiry on the basis of the representation given by the petitioner, dated 19.12.2019.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that on the complaint given by the defacto complainant, petition enquiry was conducted in CSR No.659 of 2019 and the same was closed. The same is recorded.

3. It is made clear, now that the complaint has been closed, the second respondent shall not call the petitioner in the guise of enquiry and harass him.
