the period as stipulated by this Court.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that earlier the petitioner made a complaint against one Arivalagan and others and the same was registered in Crime No.555 of 2023. The said FIR was investigated by the Inspector of Police, Pandhanallur Police Station, and closed as Mistake of Fact by report dated 30.09.2023 as the allegation that the accused threatening the petitioner is, imaginary one. 3.In view of the above said submissions, this criminal original petition stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the said report as per law.
