Respondents PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent to recover a sum of Rs.32,30,300/- from the respondents 2 & 3, who have withhold the said amount towards payment of EPF payable by the petitioner to the first respondent, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 03.09.2017.

The petitioner, with a grievance that the amount, which is liable to be paid by him towards the PF contribution, has been withheld by the TWAD Board, has filed this writ petition.

2.When the matter came up for hearing today, learned Standing Counsel for the TWAD Board submitted that pending the writ petition, the TWAD Board has remitted the amount, which was withheld from the petitioner, towards the PF contribution liable to be paid by him. 3.Recording the above submission, this writ petition stands closed.
