RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to relax the condition imposed by this Hon`ble Court by the order dated 18.08.2022 in Crl.MP(MD)No.9610/2022 in Crl.OP(MD) No.10738/2022 in respect of the Petitioners.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.BAALASUNDHARAM.K, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.T.SENTHIL KUMAR, on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.9610 of 2022 in Crl.O.P(MD). No.10738 of 2022, dated 18.08.2022.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions.

4. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.9610 of 2022 in Crl.O.P(MD).No.10738 of 2022, dated 18.08.2022 is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police once in a month i.e., on the first working day of English Calender month at 10.30 am until further orders.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
