Since the said orders have now got merged with the order dismissing the petitioner from service, nothing survives for further adjudication in this Writ Petition.

3.Accordingly, these Writ Petitions stands closed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
