The challenge in the writ petition is to the notice issued under Section 87 of the Tamil Nadu Cooperative Societies Act, 1983.

2. It is to be noted that by order dated 15.11.2017, the said 87 proceedings had been completed. In such view of the matter, the prayer

sought for has become infructuous, which requires no further adjudication and the Writ Petition stands closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
