ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Section 420 of I.P.C, in Crime No.Not known of 2019, seek anticipatory bail. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent.

3.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent states that the primary allegations have been made only against A-1, who is son of the petitioners herein. He is said to be absconding. Only after his arrest, the involvement of the petitioners will be known. No FIR has been registered as on date. CRL OP(MD). No.19451 of 2019 herein, they will be put on notice before the proceeding further.
