This contempt petition has been filed alleging willful disobedience of the order, dated 26.04.2024, made in W.P.(MD) No.17156 of 2019.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Special Government Pleader, on instructions, submitted that the order and directions issued by this Court have been complied with and to that effect he has also produced a copy of the communication, dated 26.11.2024, received by him from the Tahsildar, Ettayapuram, before this Court.

3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has not disputed the above submission of the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent.
