Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to correctly update the date of birth of the petitioner as 26.04.2003 in his Aadhaar Card No. 9480 4756 8859 considering his online representations dated 05.01.2024, 15.06.2024, 08.10.2024 and pass such other or further orders as this Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of this case. ORDER

This writ petition has been filed directing the respondents to correct the date of birth as 26.04.2003 in his Aadhaar Card No.9480 4756 8859 on the application submitted by the petitioner through online. 2.The petitioner was born on 26.04.2003. However, his date of birth was wrongly mentioned as 27.04.2003. Therefore, the petitioner submitted an application through online and also appeared in person before the first respondent.

3.In view of the above, the petitioner is directed to appear before the first respondent with all relevant documents in person and on verification of the documents, the first respondent is directed to consider the application and correct his date of birth, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With the above said directions, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
