O R D E R

The writ petition is filed for a mandamus to direct the respondents to issue patta in favour of petitioner in respect of Madurai District, Thirupparankundram Taluk, Nilaiyur 1st Bit Village, Ayan Punja Land comprising S.No.730/4A, Thirumalai Nagar Extension- Plot No.7 extent about 2291 1/4 sq.ft after making necessary sub division by considering the petitioner's representation dated 22.08.2025 within a time stipulated by this Court.

2. Both parties are present and by considering their arguments, this Writ Petition is disposed of at the admission stage itself.

3. The petitioner seeks indulgence of this Court to direct the 2nd respondent to issue separate patta, after making necessary sub division.

4. The learned Special Government Pleader submits that the representation would be considered within eight weeks from today. 2/4

5. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, this Court directs the 2nd respondent to consider the application of the petitioner dated 22.08.2025 on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from today.

6. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
