ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to direct the first respondent to dispose petitioner's appeal, dated 23.05.2025 against the order of dismissal from service passed by the second respondent in Na.Ka.No.3535/m3/2022, dated 28.03.2025, in accordance with law, within time stipulated by this Court.

2. Considering the fact that the petitioner's appeal as against the order of dismissal has been made on 23.05.2025, there shall be a direction to the first respondent to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner, dated 23.05.2025 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. The writ petition stands disposed of with the above direction. There shall be no order as to costs.
