ORDER
The above writ petition has been filed for the issue of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to quash the order passed in A3/4217-2013 dated 12.03.2015 by the second respondent and to direct the second respondent to issue patta in favour of the petitioners in S.No.308/4, situated at Periakurugai Village, Lalgudi Taluk, Trichy District.
2. In W.P.(MD) No.16791 of 2013 (Dhanapal Vs. The Sub Registrar, Chettikulam, Tiruchirappalli District and others) dated 07.11.2022, which was filed by the 8th respondent herein with reference to the very same survey number and the petitioners herein had been arrayed as respondents 2 and 3, the learned Judge had confirmed the sale in favour of the writ petitioner by allowing the writ petition and taking note of the dismissal of the suit filed by the respondents 2 and 3, the learned Judge has also directed the respondents 2 to 4 therein, which includes the petitioner herein, to seek the remedy before the competent Civil 3/5
Court. The said order inures to this writ petition as well, since the property in question is the very same property.
3. Therefore, the Writ Petition stands dismissed in the light of the order passed in W.P.(MD) No.16791 of 2013 (referred supra). No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
