ORDER
This petition has been filed for seeking a direction to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to take action against the 3rd respondent for cheating the petitioner and further direct the 3rd respondent do not harass the petitioner in connection with loan No. OTTAN0303050014 with regard to the Tractor in bearing registration No.TN-48-F-9468.
2.At the time of argument, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that representation was given in the year of 2014. After lapse of six years period, it cannot be considered and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
W.P.(MD).No.18542 of 2017 if the petitioner give any representation, the authorities are ready to consider the same.
3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Writ Petition is disposed of with the liberty to the petitioner to make any representation to the concerned authority as indicated above and the same shall be considered by the respondents 1 and 2 in accordance with law. No costs.
