ORDER

Heard Mr. R.S.Prabhu, Learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner and Mr.K.Govindarajan, Learned Counsel appearing for the Respondents and perused the materials placed on record, apart from the pleadings of the parties.

The Contempt Petition is prosecuted for non-compliance of the interim order dated 30.06.2016 in W.M.P. (MD) No. 8871 of 2016 in W.P. (MD) No. 11585 of 2016 and extended by order dated 07.09.2016 passed by this Court.

It is brought to notice that the Writ Petition has been subsequently disposed by order dated 31.07.2017. In such circumstances, nothing remains for further consideration in this Contempt Petition. In the result, the Contempt Petition is closed. Consequently, connected Sub Application is also closed.
