ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition seeks for expeditious disposal of O.S.No.89 of 2022 pending on the file of the learned District Munsif, Madurai Taluk, Madurai District.

2. When the matter came up on 28.04.2026, I called for a report from the learned District Munsif, Madurai Taluk, Madurai. She has sent a report dated 03.06.2026 pointing out that the counsel on both sides have to take necessary and effective steps for the early conduct of the suit. 3.Mr.M.Rajesh representing the revision petitioners/ defendants states that the defendants are willing to co-operate with the Court for effective disposal.

4.The learned District Munsif shall verify if the plaintiffs are similarly ready to conduct the suit, if so, she is requested to give priority to the matter and dispose it of within a period of nine months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
