ORDER

The petitioner has approached this Court for a Mandamus directing the respondents to consider his representation dated 18.09.2017. By the said representation, the petitioner has made a request to the 2nd and 3rd respondents to issue water tax receipt and deposit receipt.

2. Today, when the writ petition is taken up for hearing, there is no representation for the petitioner.

3. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, on instructions, submits that water service connection was 2/4

already effected and water tax receipts are also issued to the petitioner. He also relied on the letter given by the petitioner that there is no necessity to take action on his representation dated 18.09.2017.
