PRAYER in Cont.P.(MD).No.2695 of 2025 :- Contempt Petition filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 to initiate contempt proceedings against the Contemnors/Respondents 1 to 3 and punish disobedience of the order of the Honorable High court in W.P.(MD)No.9459 of 2025, dated 22.04.2025 and to pass such further or other orders as this Honorable Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case and thus render justice.
PRAYER in Suo Motu Cont.P.(MD).No.1482 of 2025 :- Contempt Petition filed under Sections 11&12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 on the basis of the direction issued by this Honourable Court vide order dated 22-04-2025, the Suo Mottu Contempt proceeding is initiated against the Contemnor / Respondent No.2, under section 11 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 r/w Article 215 of the Constitution of India, for willful disobedience of the order of this Court in W.P.(MD).No.9459 of 2025 dated 22-04-2025.
