The present writ petition is filed to quash the order, dated 05.09.2017 passed by the 1st respondent.

2. Since a suit relating to the subject matter of this writ petition is pending in O.S.No.167 of 2010 on the file of the Sub Court, Palani and title is yet to be decided, orders cannot be passed in this writ petition. The parties shall work out their remedy before the Civil Court.
