2. Mr.M.Mahaboob Athiff, learned counsel on behalf of writ petitioner in all the four (4) writ petitions and Mr.M.Rajarajan, learned Government Advocate on behalf of all the three (3) respondents in these four (4) writ petitions are before this Court.

3. These writ petitions pertain to land acquisition proceedings under 'Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997 (Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999)' (hereinafter referred to as 'said Act' for the sake of brevity, clarity and convenience).

4. It is submitted without any disputation or disagreement by both learned counsel ie., learned counsel for writ petitioner and learned State counsel that impugned notification since stands rescinded as the entire land acquisition proceedings have been dropped vide G.O.Ms.No.170, Industries (SIPCOT-LA) Department, dated 23.09.2019 which has been placed before this Court.

5. It follows as sequitur that these four writ petitions have become infructuous. All four Writ Petitions are closed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
