PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to the impugned order in Na.Ka.No.50/17 dated 15.09.2017 on the file of the Respondent No.4 and quash the same as illegal and consequently to direct the Respondents to continue to provide the Selection Grade Scale of Pay of Rs.15600-39100+5400 to the petitioner and to disburse the retirement benefits of the Petitioner such as gratuity, earned leave, unearned leave on private affairs, commutation and all other benefits within the time stipulated by this Court.
