Common Prayer: Civil Revision Petitions are filed under Section 115 of the Code of Civil Procedure, to set aside the fair and decreetal order dated 11.07.2023 made in I.A.Nos.1 and 2 of 2021 in I.A.No.318 of 2018 in O.S.No. 176 of 2015 on the file of the III Additional District Judge, Tiruchirappalli. In both petitions For Petitioner : Mr.K.Prabhakar For Respondents : Mr.C.Vakeeswari (for R1) R2 & R3 -Minors No representation (for R4)

COMMON ORDER Today when the matter came up for hearing, it is represented by both the learned counsel that the matter is settled in Mediation. The Mediated Settlement Agreement is also before this Court, which is duly signed by the parties and the counsel. Both sides learned counsel would also agree that such a settlement has been arrived at before the Mediation.

2. In view thereof, these Civil Revision Petitions are disposed of in terms of the said Mediated Settlement Agreement. The terms of the agreement shall form part of the order. No costs.
